2022 Legislative Preview

The 2022 Legislative Preview will be an opportunity for legislative leaders to share their environmental priorities and draw connections between social equity and environmental policy. Our goal for this panel is for attendees to understand what to look out for during the 2022 session and how legislators understand issues of equity and environmental justice.

 

We plan to ask the following questions for this panel:

1. What specific issues and policies should our audience look out for in the 2022 session?
2. In the times that we’re in now, how will you approach policy design and decisions differently?
3. How will you be engaging the communities most impacted in policy design and decisions?
4. How will you work through your committees to forward your visions? Who else do you need to participate to be successful?
5. How can the people here today support or collaborate with you as a leader?
